The hot spring of Kurashita is located between the well-known Happone and Iwatake ski areas of Hakuba a ways upfrom the "Salt Roads".

This hot spring was closed in the Fossamagna for approximately 25000000 years, and was replenished with a multi-element composition making it rich in healing effects. Also because of its salt content, bathing in the Kurashita Hot Spring leaves your skin soft and smooth.

Besides the hot spring, a clear stream flows, and you can take an open-air bathwhile listening to its murmuring sound and enjoy a grand view of the Northern Alps.
